Benefits
Active and Free-Trial Members of BoxingForecast.com have online password access to Evan's complete boxing predictions, the weekly forecasts and recommendations (boxing picks) for upcoming boxing fights. All members will be notified by email whenever new current picks are posted to the web site.
In addition, Active Members and Free-Trial Members are automatically enrolled in BoxingForecast’s "Insiders’ List," a private email discussion group through which Evan answers questions, sends out boxing news, boxing picks, betting tips, and other important information to members. Members use the list to ask questions, make comments and communicate with Evan and other members.
Signing Up
At time of your Free-Trial registration, you will be asked to select a membership plan and to provide credit card information. But you will NOT be charged for anything if you cancel during the Free Trial. We will notify you by email at least 3 days before your Free Trial expires, so you may cancel if you wish, and avoid all charges. We ask for credit card information only to verify that your card is valid in case you choose to continue. All credit card information is encrypted and protected in accordance with our Security and Privacy Policy.
Membership Plans
- FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP: First-time visitors to BoxingForecast are offered a one-time, Free-Trial membership for 30 days. Free Trial members enjoy all he privileges and benefits of regular membership. Our Free Trial is a one-time per person privilege only. Individuals attempting to secure more than one Free Trial will be blocked from future membership.
- MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: $37 per month automatically billed in advance to a valid credit card at the beginning of each month. New Monthly Members will be charged only for the number of days remaining in the month they join, and regular charges start at the beginning of the following month. Monthly members may upgrade to a 3-Month or a 1-Year membership at any time. When a monthly member upgrades, his monthly membership will continue until the end of the month, and he will not be charged for his 3–Month or 1-Year Membership until the beginning of the following month.
- 3-MONTH MEMBERSHIP: $87 paid in advance by valid credit card. Over time this plan costs less than a monthly membership. 3-Month members may upgrade to a 1-Year membership at any time. When a 3-Month member upgrades, the cost of his 1-Year Membership will be reduced by the value of the unused time remaining on his 3-Month Membership.
- 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP: $287 paid in advance by valid credit card. Over time, this works out to be the lowest price membership plan.
- Pay-Per-Pick, Inactive, and Canceled Members: As long as your email address and credit card are valid, you may log in and purchase individual picks at a cost of $7.95. You may also upgrade your membership to monthly, 3-Month, or 1-Year.
Cancellations and Refunds
- FREE-TRIAL MEMBERS: Free trial members may cancel at any time during their free trial with no cost or obligation.
- MONTHLY MEMBERS: When an active monthly member cancels, his account will remain active until the end of the month. At that time his Monthly Membership will end, and there will be no further monthly charges.
- 3-Month AND 1-YEAR MEMBERS: Active 3-Month and 1-Year members may cancel at any time for any reason, and will receive a refund equal to the pro-rated value of the time remaining on their membership.
- INACTIVE MEMBERSHIP: Active Members and Free-Trial Members who cancel their membership will be placed on INACTIVE STATUS. Although they will not have password access to the current picks, and will no longer be included in the Insiders’ List, they may still log in at any time, to purchase individual picks as long as their credit card is valid. They may also log in at any time to reinstate their membership. Inactive members will continue to receive notices of new pick postings, unless they choose to be removed from the mailing list.
Confidential Information
Password-protected Current pick information posted on the web site as well as other forecasting information and advice that may be distributed by email to the Insiders’ List is confidential and proprietary. It is intended for the personal use of BoxingForecast.com members only. Dissemination any or part of this confidential information to non-members is a violation of this membership agreement. BoxingForecast reserves the right to cancel any individual’s membership at its sole discretion. BoxingForecast.com also reserves the right to change these Membership Terms without notice.
Member Agreements
By registering for membership with BoxingForecast.com, members confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, that they have read the BoxingForecast.com disclaimer, and that they have read and agree to these membership terms, and to the Terms of Service.
